Hmm...This would be a good time to pick up the Platinum Gamecube for $49.99 in Walmart tomorrow. Only 3 left.

Now is as good as time as any. :thumbsup:

Patent hoarding should be outlawed.

If you patent something, you MUST be manufacturing it, or no patent for you.

The problem with these companies is that they wait so long before making a complaint, if they had the patent for all these things then they should have pressed Nintendo the moment they violated it, not 7 years later.

I guess you could have your patent for a limited time before applying it in a product to maintain it.

Nintendo should license their cross d-pad, Sony's solution was almost as good (thankfully) but the 360's D-Pad is hideous, horrible and shouldn't even be in the controller.

Are you joking? Atari are nothing but a brand name and have been such for about 15 years.
