"Neely, a former Michael Jackson impersonator, ranted about being hungry and thirsty and said that he wanted to return to jail and didn’t care if he lived or died",
He got what he wanted. Death by cop is the same thing.
He wanted to die and did exactly the thing that would end his life.
You are such butt hurt negro that lashes out at the white man any time you can.
Only people like you would consider getting equal rights being butt hurt. I bet your grandaddy said the same thing during the Civil Rights movement back in the day. "I don't want those darkies eating the same restaurants as me".

I see where you learned it.

Where the fuck was your position when I posted this earlier??

Thankfully the kid survived.

You call people racist but you're fucking racist as fuck squishy!

LOW LIVES SHOULD NOT MATTER!
This example is apples to seahorses.

The subject is verbal assaults getting the death penalty and who decides the fate of the assaulter,

One of my dad's best friends was a racist fuck, and two of his grandkids are half black. He accepts them on dotes on them, but he is still a racist prick lol

I mean it's pretty obvious what Drach said actually meant. He was called out as gross. He is just shitty.

I feel honored to be ignored by that ghoul. He doesn't like me because I use bad language towards people, and that's too much, but not being a piece of shit about actual shitty things that really affect people daily. What standards lol

Remember the public lynching of Ahmad Arbury? Despite being killed by a pair of racist crackers people kept justifying it by claims the black guy must have been up to something.

That’s the usual assumption to justify taking our civil rights

Look what you get to do if you kill an unarmed homeless black guy for being a public nuisance, you get to visit literally two of the shittiest people on the planet. That should tell you all about the people who are cheering that this guy got away scot free, this is the same company that celebrates it as well - the literal worst people of humanity.

I'm privately cheering for Neely!

Hopefully there are a lot more Neelys that make the NYC subway safe from the sickos who threaten others with violence!

The left literally has to repeal bail laws and soft on crime at this point to have any credibility!

And lets be honest.. it has nothing to do with Trump but it doesn't play well with the liberal base which is why people are abandoning it. (excuse price of eggs)

And I bet when people of color are attacked in public it just gets a ho-hum from the likes of you.

Telling.

Just get the facts straight.. I didn't defend who attacked & killed Eric Garner, George Floyd, Philando Castile, Trayvon Martin or any of the other true victims. They were not threatening others in any way or form.

This is way different.. there are witnesses on record that the umm "person of color" in your words or Neely, was actively threatening others.. and those same witnesses on the subway car testified to that in court.

So while it's sad he died due to his drug use.. he started the altercation and the chain of events that followed. That fact is what I judged him on.

The jury got it right!

Penny may not be a hero, but he's definitely not guilty of murder!

So in my example it would have been ok to kill that white woman?

If you are being consistent. Also remembering Neely didn’t touch anyone.

I'm ok with killing every kind of bully, menace who kills or threatens to hurt others.. doesn't matter any skin color/ age/ nationality/ gender.

And yes I'm just fine with Luigi offing that CEO if that's what he did but I think he'll walk.. just like Penny did!

I searched and I did not see any videos of Neely threatening people.

So. Everyone has a different level of being threatened…. Are we talking like Nancy mace level of threatened or pointing a loaded gun at someone.. without any physical attack how can anyone justify the death of neely

On a personal note about 2 months ago I was alone in a booth at a restaurant at lunchtime in a good area (sit down not fastfood). A mentally handicapped man in his 30s blocked me in my booth insisted that I know him. I said I do not. And then he put his hand on my shoulder and started to apply medium pressure. I freaked out. With my medical conditions I could not defend myself. Luckily the interaction was about a minute long and he walked away. Would I have wanted the man killed or injured.. no.

Well of course no one wants someone to die.

But you find yourself in crazy situations on the subway or in real life due to no fault of your own.

The thing that really pisses me off.. it's somehow your fault for even speaking about it on here.. because then you're the MAGA loudspeaker.

We all know people of color are perceived a greater just because of who they are.

That’s why John Crawford and Tamir Rice were shot and killed by police in a state where it is legal to carry

Just because I freaked out doesn’t mean I felt that my life was in danger..

Again the amount of force must never be more than the situation requires.

Freaking out or being uncomfortable never equals the death of a person

Indus has MAGA type bloodlust on this subject. He was really into Neely being a hero, he liked the result - his posts have proven that. And no matter what anybody says, he doubles down.

Fuck this guy, this maga piece of shit hero. I hope they take him to the cleaners.

I hope that Penny wins his case.
It seems odd that Neeleys family didn't have anything to do with him until after he was dead.

Pastor Corey Brooks partial statement:

~
Where the heck was Zachary all these years? What did he do for his son who had to witness an abusive relationship? Where was he when his son was shipped off to the foster care system? Where was he all those years his son was in the system — did he visit even once? Where was he when his son got out? Where the heck was he when his son was dealing with his demons all by himself and drifting in and out of homelessness?

And now he shows up when his son is cold and buried? To be clear, he didn’t show up for Jordan. He showed up for himself. Andre Zachary was never a father in any meaningful way and does not deserve that precious title.~

I'm no fan of the family, but Neely needs to pay a price for getting off with manslaughter and negligent homicide since the Justice system failed.

You are right wing trash that doesn't give a fuck if some homeless black dude gets killed for yelling things, because you are sick in the head.

No, The Justice System worked exactly like it was supposed to. You just don't agree or like with the results.

Oh fuck off you bloodlusting racist scumbag. The justice system has failed in countless cases, people exonerated after decades in prison or after the death penalty, and so many miscarriages of justice on every level of offense.

The fact I have to share oxygen with you is insulting to decency and intelligence.
