I was never a BF fan until BF2...I got hyped up by the hype...bought the game and actually loved it until all the bugs drove me crazy. I patched and I have tweaked till I am blue in the face. I will not buy Battlefield 2142 and I call on all you gamers to wait until Quake Wars and don't give another dime to the BF franchise. A good friend of mine had all of his progress lost and EA refused to restore the data. I say enough BS!

Edit: josh6079 has pointed out that BF 2142 will include IN GAME advertisements. This brings up a number of valid consumer concerns...please read through the thread and post your comments. TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO CONSIDER THIS BEFORE BUYING THIS GAME...better yet...just don't buy it!
