Aw..... If we all only had the financial ability to hire a PERSONAL TRAINER and to lose the weight.
Hell... even a nutritionist in the home to serve up those healthy low cal meals to the family.

The sad thing is, just try to shop healthy and eat healthy. Just try!
Go to you local grocery store, Wal-Mart, whatever and just try to find foods that are low in salt, low in carbs, low in all the nasty things that make us fat.
Just try!

Maybe.... just maybe you'll find a small section in the grocery store serving up healthy food. A rice bar, low cal drinks, banana chips.
But most likely you won't find that.
Most likely you'll have no choice but to buy junk loaded with salt, fat, and a life insurance policy. Because you'll need it.
The key really is to learn and know how to cook. You can whip up delicious and cheap and nutritious meals by just focusing on the perimeter shelves of the grocery store.

If you can't cook or aren't good at it or aren't efficient at it or it's a logistical challenge, it's really easy to just buy whatever crappy food is available. And you can do cold no-cooking healthy food (like canned beans with salsa and canned tuna) for only so long before it drives you up the wall.

Learn how to cook -- problem solved.

Wow, nice.
I saw him in a recent movie where he was huge and I thought, "how is he not dead yet?"

You've gotta be f'n kidding. I really hope you are. For your sake.

Try the produce aisle, if you honestly need directions. Dairy, meats, fish. Learn to boil water, broil or bake a hunk of protein. How to chop a carrot or an onion without losing a finger. It's amazing what you can eat with half an ounce of effort and an extra 15 minutes each day.
