Theoretically he can’t pardon himself, yes, but he will do it anyway and then tie the courts up for years arguing about it.

If he loses expect him to mass-pardon himself, his family, and every single senior official in his administration at a minimum. He will say it’s because he has to protect them from the corrupt democrats.

Possible, although not very likely. And you're forgetting one important fact.

Any president can only pardon for FEDERAL crimes. New York is bringing state charges against him. That means pending trial, there's going to be a comfy little bunk at Rikers Island with his name all over it.

Whether a state judge would be willing to give him house arrest in Trump Tower is another question altogether.

He could still end up being somebody's prison bitch.

My kid brother, (who is currently a US Marshall, after retiring from California paroles) said that most likely there are two options.

1. He gets sent to something like a SUPERMAX, where he's in isolation 24/7. Or

2. They take a state prison, and block off an entire cellblock just for him, with its own exercise yard and "amenities".

I'm actually not sure what which one Donnie would prefer.

Trump and Pence board AF1 fly to a country that does not have an extradition agreement with US. Upon landing Trump hands Pence his resignation letter. Pence immediately pardons Trump and flies back home.

All neat and tidy.
 
Doesn't matter. Trump will probably be POTUS again. This COVID-19 pandemic is turning into politics, and Trump is winning.

Think about it. States aren't opening up? The Democrats fault. They hate America. I love America. He is putting the Democrats into a defensive position, and we all know how well that will work out for Trump. HINT: It's not going to end well for Biden. Trump will also offer a little bit of cash to the American people 1 month before the election. He's not as dumb as you people make him to be. He knows how to play the game, and he plays it very well.

She had a lead in the polls.
Theres tons of articles and I think a couple books discussing how polls always favor democrats. So neither side is really sure if they're actually winning or losing.
