Please! It itches so bad. It's all over my ball sack. I already applied some Lamisil this morning but i can still feel the itch. What can I do to relieve the itch?

Rubbing alcohol works too.

Take some benadryl, and if you wear boxers, switch to cotton briefs with good support. You're getting to wet down there and you need to keep things dry.

Not too sure if OP is serious but how helpful can one be to someone who either can't or won't do a Google search?

Kinda surprised that a Mod didn't shut this one down when posted. Disappointed ...

cotton is the worst for hot summer weather. takes forever to dry. get a nice material blend boxer brief like champion performance tech. they changed my life.

Ignore everyone bullshitting you.

Get some Tiger Balm, available at any pharmacy, lather your sack thoroughly and wait. Should get relief shortly. This always works for me.

Buy "ON YOUR TOES"

It does not cure it but as it is a germicide it will make your skin down there super dry.

anything with polyester will cause a nuke explosion of bacteria since moisture is times times the normal rate of perspiration. Coton breathes better for jock itch sufferers

If you went to a doctor then they will tell you to stop eating foods with sugar in it as it will feed your jock itch and athletes foot. Some foods that help fight off jock itch is spinach and broccoli.

Cut your cola drinking in half as well.

perhaps?

wearing faster wicking and drying boxer briefs is best to prevent it in the first place.
