Okay, so here's what we know about JLGatsby: boyish, yet rugged good looks; could be a supermodel, and so could his penis; almost unbearably gargantuan sex appeal; has a taste for the finer things in life; is skin and bones, but plans on going to the gym sometime as soon as he gets some stuff together and stuff.

If I'm lucky, do you think I'll grow up to be a house appraiser and a realtor, which is traditionally a bored housewife's job, and have 30 posts per day on ATOT?

I'm not a very active realtor, too much work and a saturated market. The realtor/broker license is so I can legally represent myself in a transaction without the need for a lawyer.
The realtors license is just a little notch on my belt.

Got anything more to add kiddo? Hell, why don't we just compare portfolios?
