Tell me you haven't sold a car you owned or outright purchased a car before without telling me you haven't.Assuming it's real, it seems like a very high-risk strategy for working out a grievance. Seems a high likelihood that even if it doesn't end up being treated as fraud or harrassment or something involving criminal charges, the fines could simply end up being levied on the perpetrator.
