Hair-loss not related to potent medical treatments (ie: chemo/radiation etc) is 99% on genetics unfortunately which means other than daily Rogaine or "Hair club for men", we're all at the mercy of our creator.

I feel your pain. I'm 6'5" 265lbs, nothing is built for us. I think of really tall people, and have no idea how they even tolerate this shit. I used to train with a dude at American Top Team that was 6'9". He was the one that told me about Kohl's big and tall section. Only normie store he could find anything in. We commiserated about how XXL or bigger shirts in normie stores were always for the round dudes and not the tall dudes. I can fortunately still buy off the rack for pants.

But there still ain't no crying. As the British used to say - Stiff upper lip and all that. ;)
