I got my father's Eastern European build and height and my mom's prematurely greying hair. I am 6'1" tall.

Premature gray hair is better than prematurely gone hair.

I'm 77 and have a full head of white hair, but at least it's there. I don't care what it turns, as long as it doesn't turn loose.

I shampoo when I shower, with what ever shampoo I have on hand.

Dad died at 89 with a full head of hair, and it was mostly black. One grandfather died in his 70s with a full head of silver hair, and the other went bald in his late 30s, so I'm guessing genes.
