I took it as meaning 'travel back in time to find yourself inhabiting your 6 year-old self, and get to relive those intervening years, fore-armed with the knowledge you have now'.

Regarding Red Pill vs. Blue Pill, I think it already happens to a lot of us. Only we are not aware that we are reliving the past. The feeling of Deja Vu sometimes is way too strong for this to not be true.

I would love to have a hypnosis session with a real psychiatrist to walk back in time and go back beyond my birth, to see if there is anything there. Finding such a trained and experienced psychiatrist is not something I can do now with my limited means.
