Nope.

6.5mm Creedmoor, 6mm Creedmoor, 6.8 SPC, 6.5 Lapua, 6.5 Grendel, 6.5 PRC, 6.5 Weatherby, 8mm Mauser, 7.65mm Argentine, 9x57mm, 9x39mm, 6.5 Swedish, 6mm Rem, my fav 7mm Rem Mag, 7.5mm Swiss, 10mm... I could on for sometime but the point is the list is far larger than you submit. Also, there are differences between 5.56 and .223 beyond projectile diameter, case dimensions are not the same and the load pressures are different. It's even more drastic a difference with the 7.62 example. Yes, NATO uses metric for ammunition, and? It's not just a different name, it's a slightly different load.
I specified COMMON.
Where the meme creator went wrong (I doubt he shoots) is ignoring American's long history or firearm design all done in Imperial. But it's a meme, trying to be funny, I'm OK with laypeople taking a swing at it for a joke.
Those and all the anti-vaxx, COVID hoax memes? Misinformation is misinformation.

Subjective really. The 7mm Rem Mag is quite common to me, been shooting it for 30 years. I know people who own more derivatives of 6.5mm than I do knives.

And context is still crucial. Someone who's never shot a rifle before but fashioned a meme out of his meager understanding of firearms does not infect you or anyone else with a debilitating, possibly deadly virus. I won't bash you for nitpicking details, I'm guilty of it here myself, but seriously, maybe lighten up?
