Awesome, but don't think that's shwarma. I know shwarma, received my shodan in their consumption many years ago. Shwarma is like an Arab burrito, made with shaved meat and flat bread, wrapped with pickled veg and usually some kind of yogurt based dressing. Arabs put kidneys and other offal in there, I stick to lamb and chicken. What the Sultan of Awesome Sauce there did with baking a grilled kebab in dough, I think that's kofta kebab? I could be wrong, any Turks here?
