Considering that it is a multiple time runner up for NBA MVP and probable MVP for this season against a random star struck kid, I'm willing to suspend some disbelief on this one. That kid is probably through the roof just to be meeting James Harden. Not sure who taught that kid that staring longingly into your opponent's eyes was a good defensive strategy though.

Edit: Also what Harden did would be clearly illegal in a normal basketball game, not exactly something you'd be looking for.
