It's made to sound like they think the are simply stick on tattoos and not know what they actually are.

It's a fun on words by them being ignorant of what they have and what they "think" they have.

No no, it's 'easier' when every once in a while you try to talk to siri and instead you accidentally try to pay for nothing.
