This is a stupid question since I'm sure the wireless connection scheme is proprietary but can't you just use normal bluetooth headphones? I mean even Apple has to subscribe to the BT standard, don't they? Or do people just figure that they HAVE to buy Apple branded shit for their phones?I wonder if it's possible to hijack the pairing system and rickroll the victim; or maybe you're on a train with a load of AirPod users and hijack the whole lot to play your choice of music publicly and ramp up the volume![]()
