Was a Mentor on a FIRST robotic team about 10+ years ago or so and the we had the kids wire it so clean the judges at the competion had us cut the wires at the time aa they said the kids couldn't have done it.

Was pretty stupid but was their call I guess.

Bullshit.

1. Mentors in FRC are allowed to build the entire robot if they want. Always have been.
2. Judges would NEVER say a single thing about a robot in that manner - because they can't tell a team to anything.
3. INSPECTORS, the people who inspect for safety, would never tell you to cut a wire on a robot because it looks too neat.

Are you a compulsive liar?

Give us the team # and competition. I'll contact the refs and inspectors who attended it and post up their responses.

Cutting wires to fit means you can't reroute any of them, except make them shorter, not practical and a waste of time.

Waiting for his extremely overdone, retarded response of a nuke gif.
