Could be in a country where the driver is on the right. I can't see a steering wheel.
I thought about that at first too, but I'm pretty sure there aren't any right-hand-drive countries with steering wheels on the right.
*I imagine a complication may be Caribbean islands, which most have traffic driving on the left... but it's possible that the mix of left and right traffic across the islands, and foreign car markets introduce the possibility of seeing the "wrong cars" on the roads. Not sure the legality of that - usually, the only street legal vehicles are those that have the correct "driver's side" corresponding to the side of forward traffic in that specific country.*
