Looks very similar to that older scene from those "Banned from Television" videos (and others) when the lady runs out in front of the train, except she didn't stop at the last moment (but tried).

Not sure if it's the same one you are thinking, but traingirl.avi was one of the first "graphic" videos I ever downloaded. The resolution was tiny.

It was 2 girls running, and 1 stopped, and the other got hit and her body flew past to the camera.

I couldn't stop laughing when I saw that on The Soup.
