The only rational position on abortion is to admit that while the fetus may become a person some day, it is not yet a person.

I propose a 3/5ths compromise, where in personhood is given to a fetus that is 3/5ths done gestating.

I get that, I just don't see how it's funny.

I thought maybe because that's the only time in the whole LoTR series Gandalf uses magic, in the "You shall not pass!" scene, but is that true? I thought he used it other times. I know he was doing fireworks or something in the first movie... I thought that was magic/spells.
