The mallard was stupid.

But when you add in the red mallard, whose bad advice can be amusing, it actually retroactively makes the other one kinda funny, too.

I think it's only funny...because I think too much. I'm picturing people actually following advice they got off of the internet. Written on a picture of a duck. And getting fucked by it.

I think I might rig up something like this with a GBB airsoft pistol. Just gotta angle the target so I don't get a ricochet in the face.

Wake up, aim, loud 'clack' following by the BB dinging the target.

Then it bounces around the room for about four seconds while I hide underneath the covers. :awe:

I saw the vid the other day, the cat just watches it. It even stops a few times and the cat looks as the guy walks over and starts it again.

The vast majority of the time the only reason they don't just put up a sign is restrictive signage regulations and/or property rights. Putting up this or a sign is FAR cheaper but usually is not an option where you see sign-wavers.

The only reason they pay someone to do it is because they would have to get authorization to put a standing sign there and it would probably violate several ordinances.
