I knew memes would get annoying and "reachy" real quick, but it still doesn't take the edge off now that it has happened. I still appreciate it all no matter where it's reposted from or whatever. Here's a little tip for all the cross-post repost bitches: Stop having your head up the internet's ass, and you might be surprised every once in a while. At least a well thought out repost is better than what this page has become, rather blech.

Not in the USA. Every retailer participates in the SIRAS system and you would be busted. They make sure the serial number is on the receipt and visible through the retail box. The customer service department has specific instructions to check the serial number and the system won't even let them process the return unless they scan it on the system (or type the whole thing manually).
