It was probably Fallout 3. Most folks are too dumb to know they can change the default colors.
Also, theres very few burned out offices like that in New Vegas but F3 is filled with them.
And I dont think New Vegas ever had a smashed door locked at 100. F3 has a few.

He wouldnt need to shoop it either, just use the console, click on the door, "Lock 100". Done. But again not everybody knows that.

I'm pretty sure I remember that door in Fallout 3. It was in one of the Bethesda buildings.

You have to pay for Xbox Live and it is plastered with ads trying to sell you stuff. They use the MS Point system which is like 80 points = $1 . Red ring is for the red ring of death RROD that the 360 became famous for and it took weeks for people to get replacement consoles under warranty.
