That's too much work, imho. I like the simple modern g (which looks like this "g" in hand-writing, which as you see, sans-serif fonts tend to reproduce. That g is like a sarif font: g).

Anyway, editing this post as I really don't want to derail the thread with silly bitchy derailing. It happens too often as it is.
