Wrong, they are fucking hilarious. Could it be you don't get the references or have a healthy sense of humor?

I'm thinking this, except I think he gets the obvious ones and thinks that it's all there is. There are a lot of hipster culture jabs that are more subtle. Each bubble seems loaded.

I'm thinking the picture is real

I do too. I'm just saying that it isn't what many would consider "comfortably safe" despite what is allowable, which is precisely why it's only allowable under those specific conditions. Looking out the window and seeing that other plane so close would probably be particularly uncomfortable for a lot of people. Then again, so is taking off and landing without a partner plane.

Sorry, but the only way they are even a remotely comfortable distance is if the sizes are drastically different, which is not likely considering that the closer aircraft is STILL smaller in appearance. Look at the tail fins: even if the closer plane has a smaller tail fin, if the distance apart did not more than make up that size difference in the shot, then the large Airbus A380 must be an order of magnitude larger to have any significant space (yes, I am aware that the further away plane is huge A380 with double decks, but it's not an "order of magnitude" larger). I would say that anything more than four plane widths violates the spirit of the caption and that is almost certainly less.

Also, the FAA requires 1,000 feet in altitude and three miles in distance between aircraft. Leave that up to the Blue Angels and the airshow stunt pilots.

It's real. Everytime you and your brother analyze shit, hilarity ensues.
Look up arrivals at SFO.

Eh, lets keep posting the funnies please.. Regarding the Hilter comics, I personally don't find them funny because they are in a sense de-demonizing one of the most horrible humans in recent history.

Look at the post right above yours. No one said it wasn't real. The caption mentioned nothing about a landing and acted like they were a "safe" distance. That is not the safe distance for flying around and the implication is that it is an illusion. It isn't an it would make more than a few passengers uncomfortable despite being safe(enough)/allowable.

Yay for unintentional comedy.

Don't worry, he's not coming back.

I don't understand people taking things so damn personally and somehow assuming that an internet meme somehow impacts people's perception of his evil actions. Nobody's condoning the Holocaust because they saw a jpeg of Hitler doing something silly. There's a big difference between Hipster Hitler and some yokel blurting out racist propaganda.

If you can comprehend the last one then you've figured out why Hipster Hitler isn't offensive.

I agree, let's keep the hipster where he belongs!

And they're both in-focus enough to read the writing.
