Besides, the first object I could see and begin to count is a road stripe. I couldn't count, "One thousand one, one thousand two" before the LEO passed the stripe. LEO was following too close. It seems obvious because he could not avoid the crash.

Trucks around here do this on purpose, they know you can't see around them and they ride up right to a bumper of a row of cars totally stopped before ejecting from the lane abruptly.

They are long gone by the time the police come and usually no one gets a plate number.
