Back when I was religious, I had a similar baptismal mishap. When the preacher went to lean me back and dunk me, he failed to pinch my nose properly, so water went all up in there. It burned a good bit, and I had to struggle to keep it together in front of all the onlookers. If I find the GIF, I'll post it.

That is a common look to women in porno. I think the bored face is supposed to be more of a ooh-my-eyes-are-half-closed-I-am-in-ecstatic-relaxation then transferred to a tired smile which is supposed to be a mmm-yes-I-approve. Obviously fake, but bad acting is common to the art.

It's not a bored look, it's disassociation. They disassociate so they don't have to relive getting banged by their father/uncle/grandfather over and over.
