I am certainly not a specialist when it comes to cars.
I would have never expected that these (2010) models would come with 2WD only according to what i found on the internet. I even looked up the 2023 models on the official GMC website , and found these models are available in 2Wd or 4WD.
I would never buy such a model with rear wheel drive only.
Such a waste. Too costly and too large for the city.
If i would buy such a car for outside the city, country side : definitely always the 2WD (Best for highway), 4WD or AWD for the off road situations or heavy load pulls.

Several of mine do the same thing, they picked it up from one weirdo we took in. They just scratch then drink though, probably an evolutionary thing to clear out a spot near a bank to drink from.
