I mean.. concrete mixer driver was driving way too fast on that street/not paying attention/stopped way too late for the weight in his truck. Sorry.
dick in the jeep obviously pulled out and screwed things up, but the mixer driver wasn't doing his actual job, which is knowing how to drive a ricking truck like that, in all your situations.
