This is why EVERYONE should be REQUIRED to ride a motorcycle for the first year they drive. (I would have fully expected that clown to pull out)

Legally the dope in the little hatch IS responsible BUT far as I'm concerned "Supercar-boy-racer" is the REALLY STUPID one here since he could have (and SHOULD have!) EASILY anticipated AND avoided that expensive fender-bender.

Good point. My wife has an extremely active driver's imagination, at least when I'm driving. Apparently, everyone who makes the slightest deviation while driving is going to crash into us!
