Hrmmm, I would put America at Medium. At the end of the day not having a job/citizenship isn't going to get you much. - especially if you need medical care. I would also move South America to Hard, considering that is where the most crime occurs... like...in the entire world. Look up 50 deadliest cities, something like 43 of them are in south america.

I'll tell you though. I referee 8 to 20 years old club soccer. (That's not me above) Girls are much easier as long as I pay some attention. Boys?, "Hey ref, how much time left in the game", Me; "5 min" .... Bench clearing brawl starts ..or.. Fist fight, everyone watches and I step in-between. They can never wait until the end, they always have to do it in-game, but they played a whole game too.
