Why would a guy get a C section?

I took another look... Now I am confused.

no doctor would ever do that.

its always above the pubic hair line horizontally.

at least my wifes 2 were.

edit: apparently some doctors would do that.

^ I actually looked it up as soon as he said c-section scar... I had never seen vertical before either. Glad I'm not the only one.

But it sucks - I have a spleenectomy scar that runs vertical, 3" above and 3" below [around] my belly button. It's not very sightly for beach days. Incentive to work on a six pack perhaps.
