Fuck that guy. From the video, he is purposely grabbing that tarpon by the gills so that he can wrestle it and get a nice video - to hell with possibly severely injuring or killing a 75lb+ fish. That isn't just some random dock - it's one of several areas in South Florida (most likely) that allow for tarpon feeding from the dock where the fish are protected and congregate due to that fact (if I had to guess, I would say it's Robbie's in Islamorada). Asshole should be kicked out and prohibited from return.

IIRC he was charged as it is in a park and he violated a myriad of laws regarding angling and fish handling not allowed.

Apparently I was right - it was at Robbie's in Islamorada (helps that I was just there last week so I recognized the dock). Can't really find anything on whether he was charged, but whatever employee was on the dock while this was happening should definitely have been fired.
