I can't believe this guy walked away.

No idea if it was the case for this particular guy, but between adrenaline and non-critical body parts, he could have had several broken bones, lacerations in places covered by his clothes, and still "walked" away.

Especially the adrenaline.

For an incredibly fragile organism, humans can take a lot of the "right" kind of punishment.

I can't believe this guy walked away.

Luckily the vehicle was deflected, the crumple zones did their job, and then adrenaline did the rest. It is rapid deceleration that is much more fatal. The sides of the car absorbed the energy slowly, and then the vehicle slowly skidded to a stop. If that initial hit did not bounce the vehicle (older 3 series it looks like) out of the truck's path, the GIF would have been very different.
