It's called a "pre-nup" and I'd bet she signs it before he marries her, he's be crazy to otherwise. As ZZ top once sang it in the song "Sharp dressed man", "I don't need it 'cause my wallet's fat", truer words have never been written, I highly doubt this girl would marry a 61yr old if he was of average income..

What emotional profit. Its all the same, no need to get the state involved. They can be together without getting married. Getting married does not change the equation.

High net worth individuals are especially vulnerable to goldiggers and scam artists wanting to get hitched in order to divorce in the future and capture 50% of assets.

pre nup means shit. they always figure out a way around it. The best option for him at his advanced age of 61 is not to marry a 30 year old. Just date and have fun but dont sign on the dotted line.

You obviously believe it's all the same. For many it's not. It's hard to get a religious marriage without a 'state' marriage license.

It that was not mandatory I am sure many would skip the civil portion of the process.

This is what the poor or those that hired an attorney for $100 or those that had a pre-nup that was illegal to begin with drafted.

A proper pre-nup is pretty ironclad.

Depends what your version of hot is. I have not had much luck dating women under 23 years old even when I was in my teens. They may be great lays, but they have no depth nor great intelligence/common sense yet.

Most guys that have already sowed their oats realize that age is going to happen and are looking for a partner for their end game.

If you haven't gotten done playing the field, first marriage doesn't make sense...secondly, one should probably not settle down to begin with.

Yup, those folks worth hundreds of millions are not about to cough up 50% 2-3 years down the road when things don't work out, if they were not considered valid contracts no one would bother having them drafted up to begin with.

Hahaha, hearing that reminds me of my friend Heather. I had to check the pic to make sure it wasn't her. Now that I think of it, she's 32 (and has a boyfriend), but she'd for sure marry the dude. She loves old guys... had (has?) a massive crush on Vince McMahon for christ's sake, lol.
