See, the difference is, you only THINK hl2 will run like crap on an nvidia... Whereas, we know that there's a problem w/ JKA and ati.... I did find it strange that ATI would have a driver problem though....![]()

To the original poster (and I hate to actually address the question in the real thread, sorry) I am running it on an nVidia card and I've noticed that whenever it loads a new level the game will slow to almost a crawl, and I have to exit and go back in. A lot of my friends (ATI AND nVidia users) have the same problem, so there might be something with the game.
