I would argue that there are many rules in prison that must be followed, and that Nigg followed them.
 
I'm not trying to support Jared. I have to say I hate these stories. You should not be hurt in State care. Prison should be the safest place on Earth but its not because people look the other way.

I don't know about "safest place on Earth", but I feel the same way. Sadly, it's a reflection of society in this country today. People are happy about stuffing people in prisons and warehousing them. Moreover, they either don't care or they want those people to suffer, to be raped, injured, killed.

Huh? Basically the only way that'd happen is everyone is in solitary confinement, or there is an armed guard for every inmate or something.

Man, that guy is one sicko... and rather dumb. I was watching the video on the page, and apparently, he was caught after bragging to a friend that was a journalist. What really made me facepalm was when they said Jared asked the female friend to film her children for him to watch. Seriously? You don't tell a mama bear to make her cubs a target of a sicko! 😵
 
The violence is WRONG. Period. They did terrible things. They belong punished in jail. Not having more violence. I view people who want that as a lot like Jared.

I beg to differ. Pedophiles and sexual offenders gets the vigilante special because the current sentencing tariff does not reflect the heinous of the crime. They should automatically get life without parole or the death sentence.
 
The fact that jail is a terrible place is the whole idea of why bad people are sent there. I don't have a problem with violent criminals including child molesters being sent there but the problem these days is too many people are being sent there for non violent crimes. I really think jail should be a place where people are rehabilitated instead of just tortured, but it's human nature to want revenge, so the system is designed around that. Also does not help that jail has profit attached to it. The more people that are in, the more money that is made by various parties.

I can't help but think of all the insane batshit crazy stuff that happens in jail that never makes it out to the public though, such as guards rounding up inmates and tying them in showers with hot water set to max. Giving out lashes etc.... Prison is a pretty insane place that makes you forget what year it is.
 
There are some people lacking moral compasses, who have less excuse than Jared who can't help BEING a pedophile, only his actions.

But yeah the pedo's/rapers always get their ass beat. I'm really surprised with his "celeb" status they let him around the general pop. Oh well, I'm sure not too many people are sad over this.
