Nah, other nations take these meetings seriously, for Trump it's all just a way to connect and make more money for his companies while praising Putin at all times.

It's telling because the rest just went on without him, I mean if he's there or not doesn't actually matter since the best anyone could hope for would be a "hurrrrrrr" comment.
