I agree. And while it isn't important here in the nursery, it is in forums where credibility is important, like FS&T or P&N. I would be reluctant to enter into a deal with someone to whom literacy had such a low value. How could I trust the description of the product? Or trust that the seller would put more effort into packaging than clearly expressing him- or herself?
