But a transport stream is in MPEG2 format. But whether people have a fast enough CPU/GPU for smooth playback, that's another story.
 
Most people will literally be wasting your bandwidth downloading this. I'd bet that maybe 5% or less of ATOT has the capability to play back Transport Streams.

I don't know where you get your material from, but a true transport stream is uncompressed digital content. A half hour takes up about 4 GB of space, typically. The only way to compress it is with post processing, since there's no processor, and not enough memory, that's fast enough to dynamically compress broadcast digital content.
 
It's just that I am using a windows media profile I foudn on the net and want to have you people comapre the two. The other file is wmv and is 100MB smaller
