MDesigner:

That's fear you smell. It is palpable and offensive FEAR.

Did we turn our democracy over to a few incompetent corporations?

Did we fail to properly test and secure our voting machines?

Have we been duped by companies more interested in the almighty dollar than an honest vote count?

These are troubling questions and they need reassuring answers. But we will need to wait for the investigations and reports. Meanwhile, the legitimacy of Bush's election will hang in the balance-at least to some.

And what are YOU afraid of with fighting voter fraud?

If Kerry had won, and the same allegations were made of voter fraud would you be so gung ho about investigation or would you say that the Bushies were FOS and didn't have a pot to pee in??

Personally I think it is a royal waste of time, and as Don Vito said to me about my impeachment statement re. Kerry, making a huge deal of this and possibly overturning the election would be disasterous for the country...

should they investigate? why the heck not....will it change the outcome? hopefully not.

I just don't think you guys would be bitching nearly as much (and I know the conservatives wouldn't be) had Kerry won....

This seems about as futile as those seeking succession to Canada.

Disasterous? Sure. But it would be awesome to see Bush exposed for what he really is.

And what could be more disasterous than Bush in office for another 4 years anyways?
If the president's party was found to be systematically disenfranchising voters through electronic voting fraud it's really hard to say what that would do to this country. Our country has been more polarized than ever since 9/11 and that news could be the spark that ignites an unstoppable fire. I could easily see riots that would make the Los Angeles riots look like Barbie and Ken's beach-side BBQ.

 to riots. Whatever shot in the arm this country needs to wake up.
Yeah....riots are a great idea. Better wear your helmet......woudn't want someone to make you their Reginald Denny.

The only people needing helmets will be those with Bush/Cheney lawn signs and bumper stickers 😀
I have both. Please come to my house.....I will introduce you to Mr. Winchester and his buddies Mr. Smith & Mr. Wesson. Mr Remington may even come out to greet you if he is in the mood.

The riots won't be in Jesusland. You and your brethren are safe.

That's real smart too, democratic freaks rioting in democratic majority locations. I knew they weren't very smart. Except for that one dudes doctorate of course.

All I can say is STOP TALKING and start rioting. I'm in Jersey and this dirty Mic is ready for any crap comes his way. I see the Liberals that live by me, they're all bong hitting punks. In Boston I'll give them credit, they are skilled rioters but they only riot when they're happy. Again, stop talking about rioting and start doing it if you think it will help, otherwise stfu.

*sigh* This is sad. Lets count and recount. Lets keep recounting until Kerry wins and Daschle is back in the Senate. Not going to happen. Keep counting. It will still add up the same way. You lost. I never seen a worse bunch of losers. Jeez when Clinton beat Bush and then Dole I didn't cry and carry on. There's always a conspiracy too. LMAO. I felt like Bush was going to lose on Tuesday. I already came to grips and thought "If Kerry wins it's ok, we'll see what happens". The Rassmussen Poll upped my confidence however. If Kerry had won I wouldn't be here crying I can guarantee you that.

I have news for guys: Sometimes you lose. In life you win some and you lose some. I know you've been protected and coddled all of your life. Let me explain it for you. The real world is competetive. There's winners and losers. You guys are the losers. Sometimes it feels bad. You heal, you get over it, and you move on. Whining and crying and stomping your feet doesn't work in the real world.

phynet: Bite me. I'll post as much as I f_cking care to. And if I decide to hit downtown Chicago and get a group and riot, I'll do that too.

Valvoline6: Oh yes.. we'll just give up, even though there's evidence of a vote miscount. Do you think we're stupid or something?

I thought you were going to calm down. Go have a  or something and relax.

Maybe we'll all get lucky and the riot police will shoot you in the eye with a rubber bullet.

What a badass ethug. You probably cry like a baby when you pop those pimples on your face.

My point proven. As it has been numerous times since Wednesday. They will never learn or grow up.

You'd like that, wouldn't you? One less person to speak up when he thinks people's rights are being tread on. You'd fit in perfectly with the Bush regime.

I'm not saying you can't rant and rave online. But if your gonna bitch about rioting than just do it already. Other wise just whine and bitch without threatening to riot.

You're right. It's Friday.. I'm gonna head home soon and unwind.

I never even said I was gonna riot. I didn't mention it. Someone else did. Believe me, if I wanted to riot, I could easily get a group together and go do it. But I see no reason to do so just yet.

Sorry for jumping on you. It was clearly a misunderstanding.

Speaking of whining and bitching... when are you going to stop whining about the OP expressing his opinions online? Perhaps you could use a taste of your own medicine?

It's cool, Infohawk.. he was under the impression that I was talking about rioting but just whining instead. I think it was just a misunderstanding.

However, AntiEverything can go to hell. You hope the riot police shoot me in the eye? What's wrong, can't handle my standpoint on this issue?

I don't expect sympathy, dude..but I also don't expect wishes of bodily harm. Jesus.
I won't riot until it's determined that intentional fraud took place. Not just a computer glitch..but intentional fraud. However, we may never know that.

EDIT: OK..maybe not riot. How about.. demonstration? I don't believe in violent riots. Marching with signs is OK though.

This still doesn't prove, or provide backup sources, to anything, MD. We need something concrete before we can jump on the bandwagon, else we look like fools. Know what I mean? :/ Like they need to officially take legal action with the state of Ohio, or wherever the disputes are. That is reportable, and concrete.

I totally understand, Tim. Wait till Bev shows up on TV with the voting data then...
I know what you mean though. I'll feel like an idiot if she doesn't follow through and show up on TV like she said she would.

I think Bev will "suddenly" drown in a lake or disappear all together before that happens. "Suicide" is also another viable option... ...but we will see😉

You have a new 90nm Athon 64?! Sweet...

Just heard that the House Judiciary Committee has picked up on the story... apparently, it's even more widespread that first thought... hmmm....

As Drudge would say......

Developing.

That's better. Demonstration is political speech and I believe the right of every American. Rioting is simply senseless destruction by mobs, usually related closely with looting which has nothing to do with freedom or politics, and everything to do with greed.

Demonstrate away, but I think rioters should be hit with tear gas.

Recount away as far as I'm concerned, as long as fair to both sides. The only thing that worries me is that Democrats will likely only ask for recounts where they lost. That's why Republicans are up in arms about a recount. If recounts are to be done, they should be blind to partisanship.

I agree completely. Where in here did we say the Kerry campaign should have 100% control of the ballots?

A LOT of hardcore Democrats say Drudge is a right-winger. I haven't really uncovered any proof..I suppose if you read enough of the articles, maybe it can be detected. What are your experiences w/ Drudge?
