since they're now in season, gotta say chestnuts...roasted!!! yummmmm! otherwise, year round, i like almonds in the hershey's choc bar, and sometimes pecans in goodies i bake. and oh yeah, macademia nuts.

What's a good way to roast chestnuts? I've never done it before - any tips?
