What's your fav and how do you like it prepared?

Pistachios? Roast chestnuts or hazelnuts? Praline pecans? Almonds roasted in tamari? Something else?
 
I live smack in the middle of almond country, and they do rank near the top of my favorites...otherwise, I pretty much like them all, walnuts, hazlenuts, brazil nuts...not crazy about pecans other than in cooking though.

How many of you have ever actually had roasted chestnuts? I'm trying that out this year, looking for the right way to cook them. Advice?
 
I love nuts! I love nuts so much I can't decide! Pecan, walnut, cashew, macadamia, peanut, almond, it's all good. The more the nuts the better.
 
If you guys like chin-nuts so much, I'm sure there are lots of fellows who are willing to serve them to you...😉
 
i really love raw almonds but also like macadamia nuts too.
i want to try real roast (good) chestnuts though
