It's lunch time. 7 foods to die for.

the double down looks tame compared to the rest of those.

chipotle is way too much.

Damn, it's only 10:06 and I'm staved. Two more hours before lunch and I am craving a cheeseburger.

Chocolate thunder from down under lol. This sounds like something that happens after a bowl of fiber one :awe:

When I drink, sometimes I have to have 2 cheesy double-beef burritos, and typically also an caramel apple empanada.

My god, that's a whole day's worth of carbs, according to one nutrition guide I am trying to follow (which I'm not following perfectly, but trying to at least adjust my diet toward a little more nutritional value than I previously lived off of).

However, they aren't nearly as bad as that website leads you to believe:
-20g of fat, but only 6g sat and 0.5g trans. That's 13.5g of unsaturated fatty acids - the fat you really, really should get in your diet.
-54g of carbohydrates, but 6g of dietary fiber, and only 4g of sugar.
-18g of protein.

Not really good for a low-carb and low-sodium diet, but really good for people looking for a fairly well-rounded cheap meal.
fat= ~38.5%
carb= ~46%
protein= ~15.5%

Why does every god damned website feel the need to use slide shows? Most of us aren't on dial up anymore, we don't need to keep clicking to see all the pictures. Just put it all on one damn page.

more pages on a slideshow
more ad impressions.

Same reason new articles can be split up into a dozen pages.

fucking A thats a lot of salt

That's probably worse for you than the calories and the fat. That last one had 6 grams of sodium. And that's just half the makeup of sodium chloride.

By the same token, they're selling that junk because that's what people buy. It's also no worse than most grommet meals at fancy restaurants. Just don't eat it every day.
