"The problem started in Outlook, Explorer, Windows, etc. ever since that damn stupid update asked me to reboot."

No shiznit. I get tickled when someone asks me to fix some problem. I go to their machine, with them watching, and go to google, type in the problem, find the answer in the first one or two hits, and just give them a dumb look and walk off

You're the kind of champ everybody likes to deal with then? Why not just help them out, point them in the right direction instead of being arrogant about it?

Sometimes it gets overbearing especially if the fix doesn't pertain to work or if the problem is out of your hands.

Heh... I had a user tell me that she got a can of compressed air and was spraying down her keyboad... It took several seconds for her to notice that she was using WD-40!

<User> WHAT IN THE WORLD! Is my internet down? See, you've probably done something to my account! Are you guys watching me?
<Me> *sigh* *slip hands under blouse, squeeze boobs once*, "HONK!", *squeeze boobs again*, "HONK!".
