anything (l)user related that requires dealing with the (l)user

if i can just remote and fix it, then it doesn't agitate me, otherwise, i don't want to be involved

I'm glad I don't work in support, I just go and put the new kit in, which causes problems for support ;)

But I see and have to sort out a shitload of issues anyway, but here's a good one for you.

What similaraties are there between drug dealers and IT support staff?

They both refer to their clients as "users" ;)

I abhor printers and all related issues with them.

Worse than anything I hate f^cking bosses and the owners who think it's OK to take their home computers to work and make you fix them for free on company time!! I work for the company I am not supposed to fix your home computer, your friend's computer or the computer for the company you have part interest in. I do that on the side you cheap asses!
