I'm trying to put something like this together a system for a company I just got hired at. As of right now, no records of any kind are kept regarding changes to hardware/software/networks. It's a s**t storm there and it's driving me crazy!
Me: "Are all these machines updated?"
Coworker: "I have no idea."
Me: "Can we check the records?"
Coworker: "Uhhh....what records?"
Me: -_-;
PS: I don't know if your referring to electronic backup of documents or record keeping OF electronics.
