Had to go outside for a minute and it was f'ing cold... Dont even want to leave my room (have portable heater), let alone leave the house.

Right now, it is ~44F (feels like 41). It is going to get even more colder tonight (~33F)

Thats the thing..I dont have enough woolen/winter clothes 🙁 as it is not usually this cold. Thats why I am feeling extra cold...time to get couple of woolen clothes tomorrow ...

Definitely wuss-talk. When I lived in Cali I loved when it got cold and I could wear my insanely expensive leather(and warm) jacket which pretty much only got worn like once or twice a year.

Try on -15F some morning on your way to work. That will make you appreciate any day over 32F. :laugh:

i remember appreciating any day over 32F. it meant that i didnt have to turn on my heat full blast in order to maintain any semblance of warmth in my room.

Dude, I have to run my system 24/7 to keep my bedroom from freezing when it gets super-cold. Really cold nights are nights I do the Orthos testing, lol.

Just to give some perspective, the coldest temperature in my city with windchill factored in was -70.8 °F.

I certainly don't feel sorry for you having to struggle with 44F 😛

Without looking at your profile I am guessing you live somewhere in northern Canada. :laugh:

I don't know how people can stand such insanely cold places. As I am getting older I find that I don't mind the cold so bad if it doesn't get under 20F or is super windy(wind ruins the whole thing even at only 35F).

I love the warm though because the thing I like to do most in life is swim and you don't get to swim much living in cold places unless you join clubs and places like the YMCA which I am too cheap to do. I want to be able to swim for free. 😛
