It's cold here for MD; 25F. I'm enjoying it. I like winter weather when it's winter.

74F here, it has been a pretty mild winter. A few cold snaps but nothing crazy.

It's 70F in my house. I don't give a shit what it is outside as I'm done for the day.

It was 9F this morning though with negative F wind chill. Very damn cold.

It's been generally mild this winter, though as Uppsala pointed out, we are finally seeing some real winter temperatures in the Chicago area (far NW burbs here).

It got down to -3F / -19C for the low last night/this morning.

Anyhow, nothing too bad, just a bit uncomfortable on the face.

It was 10F this morning.
I was feeding and had to pee.
My hands were already freezing.
Unzipped, pulled off my glove, grabbed my Pee-Pee...

Ever wonder what an Uber-Short penor does when suddenly exposed to extreme cold?

(Not sure, but I may have peed in my own butt!)

Tabarnac, THIS is cold.

Car had lot of trouble starting this morning even plugged in. The auto start did not start it so I ended up having to get dressed go outside and start it. Struggled a lot but it started. Noticed the clock was at 12:00, not a good sign. Got to work JUST on time. At work I tried to start the car again and it was completely dead. Emailed my boss to ask him if he can bring his booster pack when he comes in. By 8:30ish when we went to check it out I tried to start it again and sure enough, it started! So I just let it run for a good half hour. It's fine now. I probably need to consider changing that battery though, it's probably original to the car so it's done it's time.

At this temp, it's when you realize just how much pollution we make. All the car exhaust, building heating exhaust, etc, just stays there. It's pretty much standstill, and it's almost like there's smog.

Getting ready to head home from school. Before I get to eat dinner, I'll bundle up, then it's straight out to the barn for a while, breaking ice out of buckets, carrying 60 gallons of water back to the barn, etc. Not fun. Then, feeding bottles to the babies that we're keeping. Those - dining room. I'm not going out in the cold again at 3am to feed them.

-36C here right now. I will admit, this is freaking cold! I don't go outside more than I have to. I happen to be off starting tomorrow, so I'll be staying indoors.

Though I should probably buy some of that film stuff for my windows.

They're mostly all like this.

it doesn't get that cold here, but we have had some very cold weather before. Back in late January 1994 we had almost 2 weeks of -30C temps at night and -20C during the day. That was pretty damn cold.

I hate cold weather.
