This latest conflict is a foreseeable outcome of the behavior of both sides. I condemn Hamas’ actions, but at some point people one both sides of this conflict are going to have to choose a different path or we will have a replay of this thread in another 10 years.

Israel has and continues to treat the Palestinians like shit. Their whole strategy for Gaza was to do the bare minimum to prevent the people from starving to death and allow nothing else for the Gazans. That provides a fertile ground for extremism to take root.

Once again fuck religious extremism of any kind, it just leads to death.

I think this is just the beginning, I don't think it will take 10 years.
